		Myrtha teaches African dances, with ethnic types of music, such as: Usher and other African singers. She is very strict yet very nice. Before you learn a dance, you learn ten or more different isolations. Before class, you get to learn different beats and rhythms.
		Dance helped us to be more flexible and taught us about other cultures. by Ashley and Emelle Greetings from the Lakeshore Consultant Program. Over the past few years of working with the children, it has been both exciting and motivating being a part of the extraordinary talent at Lakeshore. As a third year consultant to the PTA and 19 years of teaching experience, I am continually impressed with our students overall behavior and the willingness they possess to dance. Using the traditions, styles and arts of the African Diaspora and contemporary dance, your children will explore culture through rhythm, movement and song.
