| PTA:
Getting Involved & Volunteering
We
logged over 6,000 volunteer hours at Lakeshore last year. The state
PTA chapter requires all California schools to keep a record of volunteer
hours. Lakeshore's volunteer log book is located outside the Community
Room, just inside the front entrance to the school. Please make sure
you sign the book every time you help out at Lakeshore– whether
it's for PTA activities, fundraisers, field trips, time assisting in
the classroom or time spent at home on Lakeshore projects.
