Tickets Available for “Luck of the Leopard,” the 2018 Lakeshore Auction

We’ve got the venue, we’ve got the auction items, we’ve got music, food, booze and non-boozy drinks. Now we need people to enjoy all the hard work. Please come and enjoy an evening out with your Lakeshore Community at Luck of the Leopard, the 2018 Lakeshore fundraising auction benefiting the programs that enrich our kids’ days and funds that supplement our teachers’ classrooms.

The event is Saturday, March 17—St. Patrick’s Day—at St. Stephen’s Donworth Hall, 473 Eucalyptus Dr. from 6-10 pm.

Mr. Hartford, Ms. Classy, and many teachers and staff will be there. Bring friends and family, and join the fun!

Check out the auction items and preregister here: https://lakeshoreelementary.org/auction. Early Bird tickets are just 2 for $40, almost half off the door price.

Don’t miss the 6 grade baskets donated by families, the class artwork, the Lakeshore Gatherings and Lucky Leopard offerings (where teachers and staff offer to spend time with kids outside normal classroom hours or give them special experiences), gift baskets of wine, and all the gift certificates to restaurants, camps, classes, and more!

We especially need:

  • Shoppers the day before on March 16
  • Drivers with minivans, trucks, or hatchbacks to help bring a few loads from school to St. Stephen.
  • Help checking guests in or out and entering winning bids
  • Volunteers to hand out certificates to auction winners
  • To borrow a floor lamp so the check-in/out team can see in the dim light
  • Two people to sell raffle tickets within the event for just 45 minutes each
  • Generous souls to clean up; it’s an extremely long day for the core auction volunteers who will be starting at 9am. Help is greatly appreciated in the last couple hours!

Thanks and see you there!
