2022 Annual Giving Campaign Kicks Off Today

Today, we are kicking off our ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGN, which will make Lakeshore a stronger and better school for our children by providing funds for our teachers, enrichment programs, and community events.

We must raise $90,000 in 3 weeks!

Let’s repeat our success of recent years. This fundraiser replaced the Walk-a-thon, PTA membership donation drive, Class Funds drive, Red Envelope campaign, candy sales, flea market, and other smaller, exhausting fundraisers. Let’s keep moving forward and not have to return to those days of so many fundraisers. One and done!

We’re looking for 100% participation at any level that works for you. Anything helps, but if you’re able, we’re recommending $500/student which is $2.78/school day—a cup of coffee a day.

The Annual Giving Campaign is the PTA’s primary source of income, so please pledge generously.

Donate online or look for the packet being sent home from school. In this packet we have included a gift of a Lakeshore vinyl sticker as a thank you for considering a donation. The sticker is perfect for your child’s water bottle, binder or anywhere they want to be reminded of their Lakeshore pride.

Prizes!

There will be prizes for the top 3 classrooms with highest percent participation and 6 classrooms with the most raised in Kinder, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th/5th grades together, and SDC classes. Even $1 counts toward participation, so don’t delay!

Every week, we’ll share who’s in the lead, but the grand total will be a secret until the very end!
